Remote Online Notarization

You will send your document in PDF format.  Not sure how, don't worry, we can help!  This will give us a chance to review the documents to provide an accurate invoice.

  You will receive an invoice for our services.  This invoice must be paid before we will begin work on your document(s). 

 In our correspondence, we'll agree to a date and time that will work for the notarization meeting.  You will receive confirmation of our signing appointment immediately following payment of your invoice.

You'll receive an email when your document is prepared for digital signature and an email to join the virtual signing meeting.  Once it's time for the meeting, you'll click the link to start the meeting.

You will be asked to answer questions to prove your identity.  These questions are similar to questions you have for a credit check. 

Don't worry, the notary will not see this information or questions.

You will be admitted into the virtual meeting once you've confirmed your identity.  

Once in the virtual meeting, you will take a picture on your ID for the notary confirm the signer is the same person on the ID.

The notary will direct you to open the document from the email and where to digitally sign the document.  Once complete, the notary will sign and apply their notary stamp.  

You will receive an email with a link to the completed document.   

This process is completed with a patented digital temper proof signature technology.
